Master organizer, efficiency queen and status-quo challenger.

My husband used to tell people that I was a project manager at work so that I had someone else to write to-do lists for besides him. But that’s how my brain works, I’m the person who finds the most efficient way to walk through a grocery store, utilize every form of automation in my house (PTL for Alexa and her grocery list capability) and am constantly striving for how I can do things with more flow.

Naturally, the innovation project manager and process engineering role in my past life came very easily. I’ve been in the health insurance industry for the last 10 years and found a lot of flow while executing on priority projects and product launches. I was not, however, finding flow in life with two kids under the age of 3, the dream to turn my house into something Laura Ingalls would live in if she was in suburbia Denver and working my corporate job on top of this. I knew there had to be something better. That’s when creating my own solution came into mind. I’ve been starting small “side hustle” companies since I was 10 and launched Konieczka Dog Sitting with my sister. I’ve been part-time help for coaches, artists, designers, social media marketing, course creation, and even real estate management. I knew there is a need for small business owners to improve their overall flow and business strategy as they scaled and that is something I can offer asynchronously. I want to be able to lift that administrative burden off of your back as an entrepreneur to do what truly drives your passion and business.

Thus, Tyler Jane Jones (the company) was born. My main focus will always be your end customers, I pull from my human-centered design background in everything I do. Becoming a mom only helped me hone those skills even more as I balance my professional life with my family, and I believe that makes me an even stronger asset for your team.

Meet the Team

The more I discussed this idea and my work with others, I found that I was not the only mom who had career skills they wanted to share with others, wanting to make an impact outside of their home AND needed to work asynchronously while also being flexible for their kiddos at home. I have brought together the best of the best women who can help you with your projects. We have created a supportive community and are enjoying growing and learning together!

When you partner with us, you are not only getting the amazing support of one of our team members, but also have direct support and expertise from Tyler Jane and the other team members. You’ll always have the expected level of excellence from the proposal through delivery of work and invoices.
